It’a Boy: Jacob Elias Witt arrives in Style…

Yes here he is, weighing it at 9lb 5oz, this contender arrived on Monday 3rd December at 3.06 pm. What a day that was! I’d forgotten just how difficult labour is. (and yes for you women out there – it was much harder for Judith!).

Anyway, we now have a 3rd boy. Well on our way to having that Witt five a side football team…..

Now, you may have noticed that it has taken just about 4 days for us to come up with a name. Well now we have let me explain it a little……

Jacob Elias Witt

Jacob – It can mean deceiver or supplanter. Eeek! But if you read the story of Jacob in the Bible, yes he did have the odd moral flaw, but he was persistent and wrestled with God. He was smart and shrewd as well.

Elias – Is another form of Elijah, meaning strength of the Lord.

Witt – Well who knows what that means!

And here finally is a picture of me with the little blighter…..

  2. Hi to you both and the boys! (Hi Jacob! :o)

CONGRATS! He’s so very cute. Jude you looked as though you’ve gone for a stroll in the park after labour!

I think you may see our two faces in February sometimes! Can’t wait to see you all again.
